Prof. Joshi's research focuses on privacy, security and trust issues in distributed systems and AI/ML, including advanced access control and trust management, security and privacy in IoT/Edge/Cloud environments, privacy-preserving techniques for AI/ML, and insider threat detection and mitigation.
